Probably not quite that fast, though. An entry to a local half marathon sort of fell into my lap this week, and since I'm not anywhere near race-ready, I decided to stretch things out a bit and enjoy a long leisurely run through the Salinas Valley.

I'll aim to post a photo report sometime next week; I may not be fast, but hopefully I'll have an interesting story to tell.
